I’ve been practising Pilates since I was 17 and qualified to teach in 2002. Over the past two decades I’ve taught in some of London’s busiest studios, worked with a wide range of bodies, and built my own home studio practice.
What I’ve learned is this: understanding the exercises isn’t the same as understanding the system.

You should have a basic Pilates training or understanding. This isn’t for absolute beginners it’s designed for teachers who want to deepen and refine what they already know.
Do I need to be able to perform every exercise?
No. This program focuses on understanding and teaching the repertoire, not performing it perfectly. The emphasis is on clarity, structure and progression.
I trained in a contemporary method — is this for me?
Yes. Many teachers join because they want to understand the classical roots more clearly. This is about depth, not replacing your existing training.
How much time will I need each week?
The lessons are short and focused. Around 60–90 minutes per week is sufficient, and you can work at your own pace.
Will I receive a certification?
This is a continuing professional development program designed to deepen understanding and refine your craft , not an initial teaching qualification. CPD pending.
How long do I have access?
